Obstacle Course Race season is here! Get ready for your next spartan race or mud run, or just take your fitness to the next level with this 55 minute workout to build your strength, endurance and obstacle skills. This class is for ALL fitness levels and will help you:
- Practice and master the obstacles you’ll encounter in the race like wall climbs, crawls, rigs, rope climbs, rings and more.
- Build your endurance with outdoor running circuits (or alternative cardio options).
- Improve overall strength and physical fitness.
